Whatever!

Whatever! is a neon pink polish filled with pink to green to orange to gold to yellow, and red iridescent flakies throughout. This color is so bright, and fun. It is not glow in the dark, but it will glow in black light. It's so pretty in the sunlight. It is part of the 90's collection.
